Defined as 'An Agreement directly between You and Wav-Central, where you have Purchased and Recieved proof of purchase on a Specified Date, giving you Permission to Exploit a specific sample', or specific samples, in a Specific Production, after and Only After the Proof of Purchase Date. The proof of Purchase will be in English Text Format, with a WC refference number and must be kept for future refference. Failure to show Proof of Purchase when required, will result in Liability on your Behalf...
If You have Allready Purchased a Licence
You are free to Exploit that Specific Production in any way you see fit, without any further Legal, Contractual, Moral, or Licencing Obligations to Wav-Central, but only after the specified 'Proof of Purchase date' and NOT before. You don't have to worry about Wav-Central poppin up in ten years time to remind you of the millions you made so long ago, with a Breech of Contract Clause. You will need to Purchase a Licence

Anybody else other than you manage to obtain a copy of your Production Duplicates of your Production are transferred onto any Analogue or Digitally based Recordable Medium Duplicates of your Production are transferred onto any type of Audio Playing Device, or Audio Transmitting Device.
Play your Production in any Private or Publice place, other than where the Production was first created.
A signing of any Contractual or Legally Binding Agreement, takes place by You or Somebody Else on your behalf, Involving your Production.
You Recieve any form of financial gain or Public Recognition, as a result of your Production
Any of the above takes place, and You do not wish to be held Liable
If you do not Purchase a Licence BEFORE any of the above take place
You Can and Will be Sued for Infringement of Copyright under UK Law, against your Production. A Claim of '100%' of your Royalties will be made as Suitable Compensation for this Infringement. All Previous Licence Agreements between You and Wav-Central, will be Terminated, With no refund, and Wav-Central will cease to do Business with you.
